What has therapy done for me?

Giving me a place to speak honestly.


To be able to look in the mirror and not feel judge.


To listen and be quiet.


Helped me see I’m flawed, but I’m human.


It’s ok to explore all emotions.


Being angry is totally ok.


Learning that I am not everyone’s cup of tea.


Therapy has become a place for me to just relax in a space, where, I feel heard based on where I am at that moment.
